Huuummp Daaaaaay!!!

It's Wednesday! The week is half over!! How have your workouts gone this week? Even though it is Spring Break here in Oregon I'm still taking the time to get my sweat on!! Best part is it doesn't need to take much time out of your day. 

I am a big believer that small things can make a big difference. My Muscle Max Out Challenges focus on one muscle group at a time to give you a place to start with your fitness goals. And they best part it you can do it at your own pace and as many times as you can. Here is one of my favorite circuits:
